Paperwork Due Dates

January 31

  • Registrations Forms that qualify for the Early Bird Discount of $50 off each table!

March 15

  • All workshop information must be sent to Carol Simpson.

April 1

  • Rest of registration fee due if not paid in full. Preference is given to those paid in full, and any not paid in full may be denied table space after this date, in favor of exhibitors with full payment.

  • No refunds after this date, with the exception noted below.

  • Additional (duplicate) workshops may be requested after this date.

  • Materials and/or catalogs for Fair may begin arriving in our offices.

April 10

  • Catalogs or flyers for hand-out sacks must be in the IDEA offices by this date.

  • Cancellation of registrations for any vendors not paid in full. Only exhibitors cancelled by us will receive refunds at this time.

  • Final date of possible registration, depending on table availability. Space may be sold out at some or all locations before this date, and any registrations after this date are unlikely to be advertised on our website or included in the Fair Guide distributed to participating homeschoolers.

April 7-21

  • Exhibitors receive 1-4 confirmation e-mails; one from the local organizer at each site in which they are participating. This e-mail includes table assignments, workshop schedules (if applicable), meal information, set-up information, etc.

Choice of 1/2 sandwich (large!) with chips or green salad OR sald with chips:
(1) Veggie Lovers sandwich on health nut bread
(2) Chicken Cashew sandwich on wheat bread
(3) Classic Roast Beef sandwich on sourdough bread
(4) Chicken Cashew Salad
(5) Greek Salad

All meals come with chef's choice of cookie and a beverage.

Thursday box lunches: (1) Cashew chicken on a pretzel roll or (2) ham and Swiss on marbled rye bread

Friday box lunches:(1) Mesquite turkey w/moked bacon on focaccia bread or (2) roast beef on a hoagie roll.

Each meal includes pasta salad or marinated mushrooms, fruit, and dessert, and comes with one chilled canned soda or bottled water.

Beef brisket, rubbed with spices and slow smoked overnight, served with potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, rolls and a salad bar.

Lunch buffet will include two types of soup (Minestrone, with a water base, and Wild Rice With Chicken, with a milk base), sandwich platters, chips, and frozen yogurt.

Fly (30 minutes) or drive (3 hours) to Anchorage on Wednesday night. Fly (1 hour) or drive (6+ hours) to Fairbanks on Saturday or Sunday, or take the train (11+ hours) on Saturday. Fly or drive to Anchorage on Monday night or Tuesday and then fly to Juneau (90 minutes) on Tuesday. Fly home Wednesday night or Thursday.
